Cards per deck

At least 40. Your deck may include up to 5 rares, but not more than 3 copies of the same rare. It may also include up to 10 uncommons but not more than 3 copies of the same uncommon. And it can include any number of copies of any common, except for Kird Ape and Lightning Bolt, which are considered as uncommon.

Reprint rules

Every Old Frame reprint with the same art is allowed.

Rules

Contemporary rules and errata are followed, with a few exceptions:

Mana burn is in effect.
If a match would result in a draw in a timed environment, players will randomly determine a winner. Rolling dice or a sudden-death Chaos Orb flipping contest are both acceptable.

Banned and Restricted Cards

Banned: Contract from Below, Darkpact, Demonic Attorney, Mind Twist.
Restricted: Balance, Braingeyser, Channel, Demonic Tutor, Fireball, Mind Twist, Regrowth, Sol Ring, Wheel of Fortune.
