Deck construction

Cards per deck

At least 40. Your deck may include up to 4 copies of any card. Your sideboard may contain up to 5 cards, but not more than 1 copy of the same one. A deck may include up to 2 copies of Hand of Justice, counting both main deck and sideboard.

Allowed sets

Fallen Empires.

Reprint rules

No reprints are allowed except for basic lands, which can be from any set.

Rules

Contemporary rules and errata are followed, with a few exceptions:

Mana burn is in effect.
In-person games are played for ante. Cards won during a match may be added to your deck. Before playing a match, if both players agree, won cards are returned to their original owner when the match is finished.

Banned and Restricted Cards

Banned: Hymn to Tourach
Restricted: No card is restricted, although decks may include only up to 2 copies of Hand of Justice.
