Bring your collection with you
Record the copies you own in a spreadsheet. Review the exact editions, languages and finishes here before updating your inventory.
1. Prepare your spreadsheet
Start with our template, or ask your AI to convert your existing list. Keep unknown details blank. Never guess a printing, language, finish, signature or grading result.
Convert my collection to a UTF-8 CSV using the exact columns in this template. Preserve quantities, edition codes, collector numbers and identifier leading zeroes. Use one row per physical copy or group with identical details. Separate artist signatures from other signatures and preserve grading company, grade and certificate exactly. Leave unrecorded optional details blank. Do not invent editions, collector numbers, languages, finishes, certifications or ownership. If a required identification field is unknown, ask me instead of guessing. Keep private notes as literal text. Quote CSV fields containing commas, quotes or line breaks.
After completing Excel, export the Collection sheet as UTF-8 CSV. The guide and AI instructions are included in the workbook.

3. Review your physical inventory
This file describes the total copies of the listed versions. Versions absent from the file stay as they are. Existing versions with different quantities or copy details require your choice: keep the current inventory or replace it with the file. A copy continues to count in every project containing that version.
