Rules
Contemporary rules and errata are followed, with a few exceptions:
- Mana burn is in effect.
- Fake Ante. Prior to each game, each player antes one card. Any ante cards from game losses are exiled for the rest of the match. When you use Jeweled Bird, only your ante from the current game goes to your graveyard.
- When flipping Chaos Orb, you must choose a permanent before you flip and only that card can be destroyed (designate a stand-in for webcam games).
- Ring of Ma’rûf can fetch any card that would otherwise be legal in your deck (i.e., not a card already in your deck unless it’s a basic land and wouldn’t put your decklist over the 7-point limit).
- Shahrazad subgames involve a new ante for the subgame and a Ring of Ma’rûf in the subgame can wish for a card you own in the main game (in addition to cards from outside the game or in exile). If so, the card will be in your library when you return to the main game rather than wherever it was prior to the subgame.
Banned and Restricted Cards
No cards are banned in 1993 7-Points Singleton, not even ante ones. Every card, except for basic lands, is restricted.
