Deck Construction Rules

Cards per deck: At least 40. Your deck may include up to 4 copies of any card. Your sideboard may contain up to 5 cards, but not more than 1 copy of the same one. A deck may include up to 2 copies of Hand of Justice, counting both main deck and sideboard.
Allowed sets: Fallen Empires.
Reprint rules: No reprints are allowed except for basic lands, which can be from any set.

Rules

Contemporary rules and errata are followed, with a few exceptions:

Mana burn is in effect.
In-person games are played for ante. Cards won during a match may be added to your deck. Before playing a match, if both players agree, won cards are returned to their original owner when the match is finished.

Banned and Restricted Cards

Banned: Hymn to Tourach
Restricted: No card is restricted, although decks may include only up to 2 copies of Hand of Justice.
